Bollywood comedy King Rajpal Yadav is trapped in a difficult time now, for which he will have to go to jail. This case is a check bounce, in which the Delhi High Court has sentenced Rajpal Yadav to three months jail for not paying the amount of money to the court.
In fact, the case is that Rajpal Yadav borrowed five lakh rupees from Indore resident Surendra Singh. To return this amount, Rajendra has given Surendra a check of Rs. 5 lakhs of Axis Bank. The check bounced in September 2015 due to lack of adequate balance in the account. After this, Surendra sent a legal notice to Rajpal through his lawyer. Even after this Rajpal did not pay the respondent in reply. On this, Surendra filed a complaint against Rajpal in the District Court.
